Refund policy
30-day Satisfaction Guarantee
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 30 days from receiving the product.
If you cancel, we’ll refund the full purchase price and – if you paid it in advance – the lowest standard shipping cost. We’ll do this immediately, but no later than 14 days from when we learn about your cancellation, using the original payment method.
We also offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like the product, just let us know and we’ll refund the purchase price.

Right of Withdrawal
If you didn't receive proper information about your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal deadline is extended by 12 months.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund you the full amount within 14 days. This includes the purchase price and the shipping fee, using your original payment method.
The direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility, unless we have agreed to cover this cost.
If you used the product beyond what is necessary to try it out, you are responsible for any resulting decrease in value.
Warranty Rights
If the product is defective, you are entitled to warranty rights under the Civil Code.
You can choose from the following options:
- you can request the repair of the product
- you can request the replacement of the product
- you can claim a price reduction
- you can withdraw from the contract
